Items purchased from our online store can be sent back for exchange at the given address or you can contact our customer service.

Lubana Store allows its customers to exchange purchased items subject to conditions. The exchange of items will be allowed if:
  • The customer has submitted a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receipt of the purchased item;
  • The customer in his/her request for exchange has stated the reason(s) why he/she wishes to exchange the item;
  • The original invoice of the item he/she wishes to exchange is sent along with the item.
  • It has no emits, odors, perfume scents, stains, or anything which suggests the item was used or washed.
  • We do not offer any courier service compensation if the customer sends the item back unless requested by our representative.
  • The replacement process time due to pick up and delivery can take up to 2 weeks’ time depending upon the availability of the item.
  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item bought at a regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.

Lubana Store will not cater to any exchange/return after the above-mentioned time period.

International Orders
We do not offer returns and exchanges on any of our International orders. In case of any defective or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim. If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to the customer. The customer should notify the discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered.

LUBANA STORE strictly follows the ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. Please note that the order cannot be canceled after the order has been confirmed by you to our customer service.

Damage & Claims

The exchange of Damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of the wrong size, or wrong item. The customer service team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of the same value valid for the online store ONLY, which can be used to buy the item(s) in the future.

Lubana Store has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.

Upon the acceptance of the request for an exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
