At Lubana Store, we want your shopping experience to be as beautiful as our collections. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across Pakistan and beyond. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after your order is confirmed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
During sales, festive seasons (Eid, 11.11, etc.), and new launches, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Across Pakistan
We deliver nationwide to all major cities and towns through trusted courier partners such as [TCS / Leopards / M&P / other].

Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date, and are estimates. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan, so you can pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier at the time of delivery.
For COD orders, our team may call or message to confirm your order before dispatch. If we're unable to reach you, dispatch may be delayed.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to collect your order yourself? You're welcome to visit us at our outlet:

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel on the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to update it before dispatch.
Failed / refused delivery: Our couriers typically make 2–3 attempts to deliver. If a parcel is returned to us due to a wrong address, unreachable number, or refused delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Delays: Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are in their control. We'll gladly help you follow up on any significant delay, but we can't be held liable for courier-side delays caused by weather, strikes, or public holidays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We'll review and resolve it as quickly as possible. Where possible, please make an unboxing video — it helps us process claims faster.
International Shipping
We do currently ship internationally. Where available, orders are delivered within 7–20 business days, with charges calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
